Fuzzy Logic Control for a Soft Exoskeleton Glove Using a Motor-Tendon Actuator

چکیده

A hand is one of the essential limbs on human body that used for daily activities. The aim this research to develop a soft exoskeleton assist people with deterioration. developed exo-glove made low-cost RTV (room-temperaturevulcanizing) silicone rubber motor-tendon actuation system produces flexion and extension motion. Here, actuator converts rotation motion into linear from DC motor, while potentiometer sensor utilized measure therotation angle system, in which fuzzy logic control (FLC) employed controlling proposed actuator. To validate function mechanism glove, testing was conducted towards FLC performance healthy various object grasping tests. Based test results, studyshows glove can be implemented as an assistive device.
